3. The heating element heats the heat transfer medium (such as water or thermal oil), and then sends the heated medium into the channel inside the mold through a pump to raise the temperature of the mold.

 5.  Cooling system**If the mold temperature is too high, the mold temperature will activate the cooling system. Cooling systems typically use cooling water circulation to remove excess heat. Cooling water is introduced into the cooling channel of the mold through a pump, absorbs heat, and then returns to the mold temperature machine, where it can be cooled by a radiator or other cooling device to prepare for the next cycle.

 6.  Circular system**Whether it is heating or cooling, the mold temperature machine relies on an effective circulation system to ensure that the heat transfer medium can be evenly distributed inside the mold, thereby achieving uniform temperature distribution. The pump of the circulation system is responsible for promoting the flow of heat transfer medium between the mold temperature machine and the mold.

 7.  Security protection**In order to ensure the safe operation of the equipment, the mold temperature machine is also equipped with various safety protection mechanisms, such as over temperature protection, low liquid level alarm, pressure protection, etc. These mechanisms can automatically cut off power or stop working in abnormal situations, preventing equipment damage or danger.

 8.  Automation and Monitoring**Modern mold temperature machines often have high automation capabilities and can be integrated with other equipment on the production line to achieve automated temperature control.
