The working principle of the suction machine is mainly based on the negative pressure generated by the vacuum pump to achieve material transportation. The following is a detailed explanation of its working process:

1.Start the vacuum pump : When the suction machine starts working, start the vacuum pump first. After the vacuum pump runs, a low-pressure zone will be formed inside the suction tube of the suction machine, which generates negative pressure.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 2.  Generating suction : Due to the pressure inside the suction tube being lower than the external atmospheric pressure, the external atmospheric pressure will press the material into the suction tube through the inlet.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 3. Material transportation: After the material is sucked into the suction pipe, it moves forward along the pipeline under negative pressure and eventually reaches the target position, such as in a hopper, reaction kettle, or other production equipment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           4. Filtration and Discharge: In the process of material transportation, filters are usually installed in the pipeline system of the suction machine to prevent small material particles from entering the vacuum pump. The filtered clean air can be discharged through the exhaust port, while the material is collected.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     5.  Turn off the vacuum pump: After completing a material transfer, the vacuum pump can be turned off to stop the operation of the suction machine. At this point, if it is necessary to continue conveying materials, the vacuum pump can be restarted to repeat the above process.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                The design of the suction machine can be adjusted according to actual application needs, such as changing the power of the vacuum pump, adjusting the diameter and length of the pipeline, etc., to adapt to the conveying requirements of different types and properties of materials.
